1. Assent

Placing an order with Research Grade Laboratories LLC, doing business as Vectra Laboratories (“Vectra”), constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions in full, effective at the moment of purchase. A buyer who does not accept these Terms must not place an order.

2. Buyer eligibility

By ordering, the buyer explicitly affirms that they (a) are a qualified researcher, or are purchasing on behalf of and with the authorization of a research or analytical institution; (b) are 21 years of age or older; and (c) intend the products strictly for compliant, in-vitro laboratory research conducted by trained personnel in an appropriate facility. This affirmation is recorded with the order.

We may request supporting documentation — institutional affiliation, end-use statements, tax or licensing records — before accepting or fulfilling any order, and we refuse or cancel orders whose research use we cannot reasonably verify.

3. Intended use limitation

All products are research chemicals and reference materials for in-vitro laboratory and analytical use only. They are not drugs, food, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or medical devices. They are not intended for human or animal administration of any kind, for clinical or diagnostic use in or on humans or animals, or for resale as a finished pharmaceutical.

No statement on this site, in product documentation, or from support staff is a claim of safety, efficacy, or therapeutic value, and none should be read as one.

4. Product documentation

Each released lot ships with its certificate of analysis. Specifications are those stated on the COA at release; lot records, including third-party assay results and verification references, are locked once a lot is released and remain retrievable by lot number.

5. Limitation of liability

Materials are provided for research as-is. The buyer is responsible for safe handling, storage, and disposal in accordance with the safety data sheet and the buyer's institutional procedures.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vectra disclaims all indirect, incidental, special, and consequential damages, and its total aggregate liability arising from any order is capped strictly at the purchase price of the affected materials.

6. Governing law & venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Governing State], without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and exclusive venue for any dispute lies in [Venue County / Judicial District]. The formal contracting entity for all orders is Research Grade Laboratories LLC. Final entity and venue mapping is pending legal counsel and will replace these placeholders before publication.
