Shipping & dispatch policy.
1. Product form
All products ship as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder in sealed, sterile glass vials, packed in rigid cartons with the lot label and accompanying documentation.
2. Transit temperature & stability
Ambient-temperature transit is standard for lyophilized materials. Stability in transit is lot-dependent: verify the product-specific safety data sheet (SDS) and stability data against your research conditions before ordering. Where a route or season warrants, parcels include passive cooling. Store per the conditions printed on the COA immediately on receipt.
3. Dispatch timing
[Dispatch cutoff — e.g. orders placed before 2:00 PM local time are dispatched the same business day.] Dispatch may be held beyond the stated cutoff for payment verification, compliance or high-risk review, or inventory shortage; orders held longer than two business days are notified and may cancel for a full refund. Support staff do not guarantee dispatch or delivery timing beyond what the live order record shows.
4. Geographic restrictions
We do not ship to destinations where delivery of these materials is restricted or unlawful. If a destination jurisdiction is determined to be restricted — including under state or federal rule changes taking effect between order and dispatch — the shipment is blocked or cancelled and the order refunded in full.
5. International orders
International shipments go to research institutions only. The receiving institution acts as importer of record; a commercial invoice, COA, and SDS accompany every international parcel. Duties, local taxes, and import eligibility under the destination's rules are the recipient's responsibility.
